Step 1:
Create a 60-90 second "commercial" for your business idea, a business you just started or your existing business. Make sure it expresses your creativity and shows your enthusiasm and passion for your business idea or new business.
Post your "commercial" on contest.mybizcounts.com and have your colleagues, friends and family vote for your video. The Top 20 "commercials" at the end of the voting period will move on to the final round!

Step 2:
Submit a business plan summary and a short essay (for sample business plans provided by Palo Alto, click here). Then along with your "commercial", your entry will be reviewed by a judging panel of small business experts. Judges will be evaluating your entry based on creativity, business planning ability and passion for your business or business idea.
